Macron’s visit to Indonesia also included a visit to the Military Academy in Magelang and the UNESCO World Heritage site, Borobudur Temple, highlighting the shared cultural and educational values of Indonesia and France. Subsequent to the welcome ceremony, the two leaders engaged in a closed-door bilateral meeting to discuss and strengthen various strategic partnerships, underscoring the deepening ties between the two nations.
